Mikaaf Medical Centre

1. LICENCE. This software is licensed, not sold, to Mikaaf Medical Centre (Muthiga) for use in its clinical operations. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the author, George Muhoro.

2. PERMITTED USE. You may install and use the software on computers and workstations operated by the facility for its clinical, pharmacy, laboratory, billing and administrative work.

3. RESTRICTIONS. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute or publish the software, and you may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, extract its source code, or circumvent its security or audit features.

4. PATIENT DATA. Users must keep their username and password confidential, sign out when leaving a workstation, and handle all patient records in line with facility policy and applicable data-protection law. Every sign-in and action is recorded in the audit trail.

5. RECOVERY CODES. One-time recovery codes are confidential. Anyone holding a valid code and a username can reset that account's password; store codes in a locked place.

6. NO WARRANTY. The software is provided "as is". It is built to run reliably and to keep automatic backups, but the author is not liable for data loss caused by hardware failure, power interruption, unauthorised access, misuse or failure to keep backups.

7. TERMINATION. This licence ends automatically if its terms are breached; the software must then be uninstalled and all copies destroyed.

8. ACCEPTANCE. Installing, copying or using this software means you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the software.
