How a visit works
Walk in during opening hours, or book a time and we will have you expected. Bring your NHIF or insurance card if you have one.
A nurse takes your weight, temperature, blood pressure and the reason for your visit before you see the clinician.
Examination and diagnosis. If a test is needed, the laboratory is in the same building and the clinician sees the result as soon as it is ready.
Your medicines are dispensed here. You are shown an itemised bill and pay by M-Pesa or cash. You receive a receipt.
