Mikaaf Medical Centre is an outpatient medical centre in Muthiga, on the Kikuyu Road in Kiambu County. We look after families, workers and schoolchildren from the surrounding estates.

Your records
Every visit, test result and prescription is kept on your own record, so the clinician seeing you today can see what happened last time. Records are held securely and are only ever opened by the staff treating you.

Published, itemised and the same for everybody. You are shown the bill before you pay it.

We work with NHIF and the major Kenyan insurers for the services they cover.
Questions people ask
No. You are welcome to walk in during opening hours. Booking ahead simply means you are expected and usually seen sooner. Book here.
Your national ID if you have one, your NHIF or insurance card, and any medicines you are already taking. If you have been here before, we already hold your record — your name and phone number are enough.
M-Pesa or cash at the counter. We never ask for card details on this website, and nobody from the clinic will ever telephone you to ask for a PIN or an M-Pesa code.
Most are ready the same day, many within the hour. The clinician sees your result as soon as it is entered, so you are usually called back in on the same visit.
Yes — adults and children. Each person is given their own record so their history stays their own.
Yes, including pre-employment examinations and routine annual checks for groups. Tell us how many people on the booking form and we will arrange a time that suits your operation.
